In accordance with Article 13(1)-(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27. 04. 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter RODO, we inform you that:
I. Personal data controller

II. Objectives and grounds for processing
Personal data will be processed for:
a) the performance of, and on the basis of, the contract we have entered into (the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO),
b) to contact employees of the entity that is party to the contract, which is the exercise of our legitimate interest in this (basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO),
c) possible determination, investigation or defense against claims being the realization of our legitimate interest in this (the basis of Article 6 (1)
d) fulfilment of accounting obligations, on the basis of the obligation under Article 74(2)(4) of the Accounting Act (basis under Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO),
e) to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing) and to send you commercial information, i. e. to pursue our legitimate interest in doing so (basis under Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO).
III. Right to object
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data described above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate that there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to process your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or your data is necessary for us to possibly establish, assert or defend claims.
IV. Data retention period
Your personal information:
a) resulting from the contract, will be stored for the duration of the contract and the period of prescription of claims, in accordance with Article 118 of the Civil Code,
b) contact employee data will be processed in accordance with (a) above, unless we have prior notice that the individual's employment has ended,
c) being accounting data, will be kept for a period of 5 years from the year following the financial year in which the operations and transactions were finally completed, settled or paid off,
d) obtained for the purpose of sending commercial information and direct marketing, will be stored for the duration of the legitimate interest related to the validity of the contract, and after its expiration until the withdrawal of consent.
V. Recipients of the data
The recipients of your personal data will be entities providing us with accounting, IT and courier services.
VI. Rights of data subjects:
Under the RODO, you are entitled to:
a) the right to access their data and to receive a copy thereof;
b) the right to rectify (amend) your data;
c) the right to erasure, restriction of processing;
d) the right to object to the processing;
e) the right to data portability;
f) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
VII. Automated Decision Making
The personal data you provide will not be used for automated decision making or profiling.
VIII. Transfer of data to a third country or international organisation
We do not transfer your data outside Poland.
